GENERAL:

1. All items are brand new, unused.
2. All products are manufactured based on newest technologies and in accordance with requirements of the 42/2004/EU Directive.
3. Colour of cap is not the exact colour of product. It is the most similar as possible. Items are in accordance to RAL system unless otherwise stated.
4. You must be at least 16 years old to be able to purchase aerosol products. By your order you confirm your age of at least 16 years old.

6. The material contained on this website, including all design, text, graphics, selection and arrangement of content and all other information on this site are copyright of its respective owners, licensees, content providers or technology providers. All rights reserved.

PAYMENTS

1. All prices are in GBP (£)
2. VAT is included in all prices
3. Vat receipt is issued to each purchase
4. We accept PayPal payments, bank transfer as well as credit cards.
5. Payment should be made immediately after purchase.

DISPATCH:

1. Orders are dispatched after receiving cleared payment.
2. Items purchased before 2pm (Monday-Friday) with cleared payment are dispatched same day
3. Every item we send is carefully packed to specially designed packaging.
4. All items purchased on non working days, bank holidays are dispatched on next working day.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Items are sent via Hermes courier and are fully tracked.
2. Delivery costs are not included in prices, and will appear additionaly in your chart.
3. Delivery is possible to: Mainland UK, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and even Highlands.
4. We do arrange shipment to Ireland.
5. Excluded areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands.

7. Delivery takes usually 3-5 working days starting from shipping day, with with delivery attempts
8. Delivery takes place between 8am – 8pm (Monday – Friday) and 8am – 5pm (Saturdays)

STOCK AVAILABILITY

1. Stocks of goods are automatically updated.
2. Because of the fact that www.pokolimited.co.uk is just one of few ways of sale, there might be a situation that you place an order for someting what is already out of stock. In such cases you will be informed via email immediately. You will be also informed about alternatives to choose.

RETURNS

1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return your item.

2. You have 14 calendar days to return, starting from the date you received it.

3. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. Item must be in the original packaging.

5. You need to attached receipt / proof of purchase

6. Buyer is responsible to cover all the shipment costs for returning item.

7. Once we receive return, we will inspect if it is all in accordance with point 6.3 and 6.4

8. If return is approved, we will make full refund immediately to your account depending on your payment method.

9. Time of receiving your refund depends on your bank’s policies.

10. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

CLAIMS

1. POKO LTD do not take a responsibility for non delivery and items damaged during shipment, but will help you to resolve that issue with forwarder.

2. You are able to make claim for purchased items in case of non delivery or damage, and we are open to help you.

3. All claims have to be sent at info@pokolimited.co.uk with short description of claim’s reason.

4. After receiving you claim, we will start official claim process to forwarder (Hermes) instead of you.

5. Please note claim process takes a considerable time, but usually takes up to 14 days.

6. As soon as claim refund from Hermes is received on our account, we will make your refund immediately.

7. In case of wrong item delivery please contact us at info@pokolimited.co.uk up to 7 days of delivery.

8. POKO LTD do not take liability for wrong usage, not recommended way of application, deviating from the guidelines of usage etc.

9. POKO LTD do not take liability for surfaces, objects etc. which our products have been used to.

1. Please read carefully Terms and Conditions before purchase.

2. POKO LIMITED reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. Placing an order with POKO LTD. constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. You may not, except with our written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other form.
